As our expansion continues, we need a new Tech Lead that is able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and have a deep technical knowledge in contemporary software development. By applying a system perspective, and with the architecture in mind, you will be inspiring and engaging a team of talented individuals in an agile start-up environment as well as participating in hands-on technical work. The position also comes with the responsibility to evaluate new technologies and improve current architecture. Being a Tech Lead in our team means you will play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions, making a real difference in creating an awesome product that will help people getting the best possible customer service.
This is a job for someone who:
Has a minimum track-record of 5 years from working with complex large-scale systems with several dependencies
Is able to visualize architecture with large databases and network
Apart from a solid developer background, we think that you have a strong (but pragmatic) opinion on…
• what a good API looks like (and doesn't look like)
• how to work with tech debt
• how to sustainably balance feature delivery and tech debt amortization
• how to avoid over-engineering
• when, why, and how to invest in automated testing
It’s a plus if you also have:
Worked with Amazon Web Services
A high business acumen
The job is located in Kista Science Tower, with a fantastic view from the 30th floor.
