As Tech Lead, you will have a key role in the work to further develop Konstrukt's technical platform - working strategically and leading, as well as hands-on coding.
You will ensure the quality of existing code and new development, where you play an important part in making decisions about how to design future solutions.
Together with the team, you ensure that the service is developed in a scalable and future-proof way.

Some of your responsibilities:
Lead, support and guide the developer team in finding focus, prioritizing and work efficiently towards common goals.
Set and clarify requirements, and translate from high-level description to a technical specification.
Performance analysis, refactorization and optimization of our existing backend.
Support tickets - detailed investigations.
Manage infrastructure: Windows servers, VPN/Firewalls etc.
Your profile
You're a natural leader who enjoys coding as much as coaching, supporting the team around you. When it comes to prioritizing and challenging decisions and paths forward, you're an expert.
We also believe you have:
Experience leading a small team of developers doing agile software product development.
Experience being responsible for technical product development: technical specifications, code & database design, reviewing code and overseeing quality, making technical choices, assessing security, etc.
Expert-level back-end development skills in C# and SQL Server, and at least basic skills in front-end Javascript development, ideally using React
Experience with data-heavy systems development preferred, ideally experience with business intelligence systems and data modeling
