Job duties
- As a Tech Lead at PostNord, you will be responsible for guiding our development team and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Your role will include:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
- Building and maintaining microservices architecture
- Implementing best practices in software development and ensuring code quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their professional growth
- Driving the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Ensuring the stability and scalability of our applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
We are looking for you who have
Experience: (Need-to-have)
- Several years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on full-stack development
- High proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Angular, React, or an equivalent frontend framework
- Experience in building microservices
- Understanding of container orchestration platforms and experience deploying production software
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
