What's in it for you?

The Digital Collaboration & Office 365 team is responsible for a wide range of services of which many of them are based on the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. If you are the right person for this job, you will play a key role in maintain and improving on the quality of Volvo Cars digital collaboration tools. We currently work out of a sourcing model where partners cares for the operational model and delivers daily operations and support. Our job is to make sure that the services meet the business requirements, both short- and long term. This is done by supplier management, governance and clear strategies. What You'll Do

As a Tech Lead in our team, you will be focusing on Microsoft Teams, the products that integrate with it and the architecture that supports it. Also, you will be an advocate of new ways of working through digital tools, and work with colleagues to help them improve their work life and business processes.

To make sure our Digital Collaboration tools are working excellent, you will be responsible for defining and implementing requirements for both new and existing technical solutions and services. You will also align them with other teams that are responsible for Network, Security, Identity management and other enabling products.

You will also take responsibility for continuous improvement of our current technical solutions. Further, you will keep yourself updated on changes to the Microsoft 365 platform, particularly regarding Microsoft Teams. You will be responsible for analyzing, testing and taking action on these changes.

In order to support the business in the digital transformation, you will work to inspire colleagues and leaders in offices and production environment from all around the globe to help them get the best use of the Microsoft Teams platform and other O365 tools.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have experience with agile development processes and good knowledge in the 0365 cloud platform, with a special emphasis on knowing the ins and outs of the Teams platform.
* Minimum a University or IT degree at a Bachelor level or equivalent work experience.
* Teams (Deep technical knowledge)
* Office 365 (Good knowledge)
* Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics, etc) (Good knowledge)
* SharePoint (Good knowledge)
* O365 Groups (Good knowledge)
* OneDrive for Business (Good knowledge)
* Stream (Good knowledge)
* Exchange (Good knowledge)
* Azure AD, Identity, Network (Good knowledge)
* Office 365 Information Protection (General knowledge)
* Other Team Collaboration technologies in O365 and other platforms (e.g. Slack) (General knowledge)
* Experience of Agile processes (Scrum & SAFe)
