What's in it for you?
The Office 365 Devops team is responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of applications based on Low-code solutions based on O365 and coded solutions in Azure. You will play a key role as Tech Lead for this Product area supporting our business and customers globally. You will also be a key player establishing and supporting Citizen Development and Business Product Teams within this Low-Code area.

What You'll Do
As a Tech Lead in our O365 DevOps team, you will be focusing on ensuring that current as well as future applications are long term stable and delivers to our customers as expected. To do this you need a deep technical knowledge and understanding on our O365 platform as well as in the O365 eco system. This includes underlaying infrastructure and components that integrate with it and the architecture that supports it. (AD, Azure AD, Identity, Security, Network, Firewalls etc. etc.)
You will be responsible for analyzing, test and taking actions on changes coming that might affect our environment. We want the Tech Lead to be an advocate of new ways of developing solutions and services in the 0365 ecosystem. You will own and define the framework and guidelines for the quality of our application delivery and enabling Citizen development throughout Volvo Cars.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have vast experience within this technology area and have been working in an international environment. The last couple of years, you have been specializing in O365 and have great knowledge of the platform. You know your way in the M365 admin portals, but can also manage the services through PowerShell commands and scripts. Experience of OutSystems, Adobe Sign and Service Now is considered a merit. Swedish language skills are considered a merit for this position, as you will be interacting with customers who mainly communicate in Swedish.
Minimum a University or IT degree at a Bachelor level or equivalent work experience
O365 (Deep technical knowledge)
Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics, etc) (Very good knowledge)
Azure AD, Identity, Network (Good knowledge)
Office 365 Information Protection (General knowledge)
Experience of Agile processes (Scrum & SAFe) (General knowledge)
Great communication skills in both English and Swedish
