hela Sverige Senior frontend developer that acts as a mentor for more junior colleagues, having a few of them direct reporting to the lead, and also takes responsibility for the whole platform outside of regular feature work, tooling is also something that this position should have knowledge in.
This role will include the following:
Having a maximum of 4 direct reports, meaning having responsibility for checking the progress of Quinyx front-end employees. This includes 1 on 1 meetings where checking progress, state of current work, team spirits etc. Setting of goals, and personal development plans.
Dividing hosting of frontend team meetings, those meetings are:
Refinement
Weekly
Retro
Part of hiring evaluations and meetings.
Part of a tech lead group which takes more responsibility and decisions for things touching the whole frontend application, such as tooling, technologies to use etc.
Responsible for mentoring other frontend colleagues when they either need help with some code issues or just in general how they can improve. (connected to 1 on 1s).
