We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Digital Workplace team in the capacity of Tech Lead with focus on the security area. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
What you will do

In the role as Tech Lead, you are responsible for managing systems and applications for your area, such as Citrix, VPN, Exchange etc. You have a big interest and keep yourself updated on the latest technology. You are responsible for the maintenance and contacts with our external suppliers within your area. You help prioritize the backlog with focus on security and user experience, and work towards our goal "anytime, anywhere, on any device".
You work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, outsourcing partners and end users. You will play a key role in our Digital Transformation and are passionate in finding the best solutions for our new ways of work.
* You work cross functionally with several teams in our organization, e.g. our Security Department
* You will handle incidents and analyze technical issues
* You are responsible for budget, forecast and cost optimization within your area.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have previous experience within the technical areas and an understanding for end users' everyday needs. You inspire and create a "surprisingly smooth" user experience. You are an effective change driver and communicator. You have experience and belief in agile way of work and a great understanding in the strategic as well as the operational work. The role requires a big sense of responsibility and a positive mindset and attitude.
* University degree within relevant areas
* Merit if you have knowledge within ISO 27001, certification within CISSP, CISM or CRISC and experience in IAM/IGA and PAM.
