hela Sverige Right now, we are looking for a Tech. Lead to contribute towards the creation of our New Target Architecture. I am Muhammad Raqib Rafique and I am leading Platform Services unit within Data & Analytics IT SE, at Telia Company. My team is responsible for building the Future Analytics Foundation for Telia Company's Analytics, BI and AI domain.

You will have an important role in pushing for a truly data-driven organization by leading team(s) responsible for building and rolling-out of new data and analytics platform capabilities in the public and private cloud space along with intelligent automation solutions as well as securing life-cycle management of existing platforms.
You will achieve this by close collaboration with internal teams and their leaders, business stakeholders and external partners, constantly providing suggestions for improvements, coordinating change implementations, proactively recognizing and resolving delivery issues. You will manage complex teams which can consist of both internal and external team members with a possibility to on-board additional talents if that would be required by a task.

You are able to translate vision into reality in manageable parts. You are able to lead complex initiatives and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach. You have an excellent track record of delivering and optimizing hybrid cloud implementations for efficiency and cost.
In your previous roles, you have been responsible for leading development efforts, estimating work, evaluating alternatives, securing budgets, creating detailed execution plans, providing hands-on support to teams through entire SDLC, setting KPIs, metrics and follow-up routines to secure delivery precision and effectiveness.
Your personality:
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are self-driven, efficient, responsible and structured in your way of working.
You desire to achieve business value in long- and short-term perspectives.
Good communicator in English, spoken and written.
Your experience:
Platform as Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as Service (IaaS), Functionality as Service (FaaS), Cloud Data Lakes and Hadoop etc.
Knowledge of hybrid IT governance and controls for basic hygiene
Cloud financial management experience
Cloud migration and operations knowledge
Experience of developing and delivering large scale multi-cloud solutions
Relevant educational background in software project management or equivalent.
