BabyBjörn is on the lookout for a dynamic Tech Manager to join our esteemed Global IT & Tech team. As our Tech Manager, you'll take the lead of an agile Tech team within e-commerce software development comprising four talented individuals based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities
Your role will be key in supporting and steering the Tech team, overseeing the development of BabyBjörn's Tech stack. This involves not only managing and coaching the team but also developing and improving agile methodologies and culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.
You will also work closely with stakeholders both internally and worldwide to cultivate a culture of innovation and achievement. BabyBjörn's platform serves the needs of the global e-commerce organization, but also provides tailored solutions for unique regional needs such as payment and shipping services.

A couple of years experience in a similar role e.g., Tech Manager, Scrum Master or Project Manager
Leadership experience and skills within software development
Good knowledge and experience in agile development, preferable within e-commerce
Experience from a technical background in development and e-commerce, along with familiarity with key technologies including Netlify, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure functions and more
Your expertise extends to agile processes like Scrum, JIRA, and GitHub
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Personal Qualities:
To fit in this position you have to have good personal leadership and managerial skills, equipped with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. Prioritizing knowledge sharing and coaching to enhance development and teamwork. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate across different levels within an organization.
