BabyBjörn is on the lookout for a dynamic Tech Lead to join our esteemed Global IT & Tech team. As our Tech Lead, you'll take the lead of an agile Tech team within e-commerce software development comprising four talented individuals based in Stockholm.
Your role will be key in supporting and steering the Tech team, overseeing the development of BabyBjörn's Tech stack. This involves not only coaching the team but also develop and improve agile methodologies and culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.
You will also work closely with stakeholders both internally and with our subsidiaries to cultivate a culture of innovation and achievement. BabyBjörn's platform serves the needs of the global e-commerce organization, but also provides tailored solutions for unique regional needs such as payment and shipping services.
Responsibilities
Your role will be key in supporting and steering the Tech team, overseeing the development of BabyBjörn's Tech stack. This involves not only coaching the team but also develop and improve agile methodologies and culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.

Qualifications
Your background
Couple of years experience in a similar role e.g., Tech Lead, Scrum Master or Project Lead
Experience and skills within software development
Knowledge and experience in agile development, preferable within e-commerce
Bring a technical background in development and e-commerce, along with familiarity with key technologies including Netlify, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure functions and more
expertise extends to agile processes like Scrum, JIRA, and GitHub
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Personal Qualities:
Great personal leadership and a curious mindset, equipped with strong communication skills, adaptability and a collaborative spirit. Prioritizing knowledge sharing and coaching to enhance development and teamwork.
