We are now looking for a Tech Lead to join our team and lead the software development, technical architecture, and engineering work in an area close to our digital customer solutions.

About you
In this position you will be driving the development of our internal platform and to do this, you will need to have a background that combines technical skills with business process understanding.
You have experience with agile development and DevOps methods, including an understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes. And your comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms & technologies in full-stack web development and experience with enterprise software using an API-oriented architecture, will set you up for success in this role.
These are the key accountabilities for the role
• Drive and support delivery team's overall mission including technical ownership of team's deliveries & performance of solution.
• Lead and support the team in software development, technical architecture, and engineering work.
• Hands-on software development as well as contributing to DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Develop and manage architectural and software development artifacts for applications and platforms within scope.
• Secure and safeguard the integrity of the solution architecture in line with domain architecture.
• Drive and follow up key decisions regarding architecture and design for a specific solution that is flexible, re-usable and in sync with changing business needs.
• Promote best practice architecture to secure robust solutions.
• Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications, and relevant data.
If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; Minimum of 3 years working with leading software development and experience from agile development and DevOps methods
• System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms & technologies in full stack web development, experience of enterprise software using an API oriented architecture.
• Frontend development skills in a JavaScript framework such as Vue, Angular, React, backend development skills in .NET or Python or SQL
• Good knowledge of consuming and building REST APIs and experience from cloud solutions such as Azure and Elastic
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
