In Local Capabilities we are responsible for the development and maintenance of IT-systems and solutions in the Time & Pay and Compensations & Benefits area.

We are now looking for a Tech lead, who will be part of a cross-functional agile team and who will enable product success by working with the development team and guide them in technical decisions. The tech lead also works with the Solution Architect to make sure technical decisions follows the architectural guidelines. The Tech lead works closely with the product owner to help prioritize the backlog continuously.
Our mission is to contribute to define the future digitalization roadmap and to ensure we remain in the technical forefront and utilize the right systems fit for purpose.
We are on a very exciting journey in our area and we have some large initiatives planned for the coming years.

What you do
As a Technical Leader in the Scrum team you work with the following.
* You lead the technical development in the team, guiding the team in the technical decisions. Together with the Product Owner and the Business Analyst you will ensure that knowledge about the solution in the scrum team are understood.
* You work together with the Solution architect to enable development of future business functionality. You translate the architectural strategy to the team, to ensure right decision making
* You take part in concept studies, pre-studies, including problem/opportunity analysis.
* You collaborate with Tech leads from other teams to inspire and get inspired, and to identify possibilities for cooperation and synergies.
* You facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand the technical requirements.
* You present the technical solutions and result of technical analysis to the team and other stakeholders around the team.
* Support the development team, coordinating and lead the developers.

Who are you?
You have in depth knowledge of IT Applications and Platforms to guide the team on a technical level and ensure that the solution delivered by the Scrum team complies to the agreed architecture and development guidelines
You have an attitude saying that problems are there to be solved; There are no problems, only solutions!
You regard yourself being a Tech savvy
* You understand technical contexts
* You are curious and eager to learn about new technology
* You have Interest in different platforms, not only one
* You have experience working with different architectures and platforms
* It is a merit if you also have insight in the mainframe platform, or at least you are curious to learn.

We think you have worked as a developer during your career. We believe this is important to understand the challenges a developer has, and to be able to communicate with all team members and stakeholders.
We also think you are a good communicator with good presentation skills.
It is an advantage if you speak Swedish. Legacy systems are often documented in Swedish
We think you have a education background with at least a Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
We also think you have had the chance to get a good experience from different roles within software development. We think you have around 10 years in the IT business and you have worked with solutions in multiple platforms.

You are a true collaborator, with facilitation skills to ensure involvement and engage both stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results. With effective communication and proficient ability in solving conflicts you develop trust among stakeholders.

By showing integrity and empathy, you're being considerate of all parties' interest and objectives. And of course you are self-motivated and have a strong action-oriented mindset.
