About the job
Technology leads in the IoT department for all of Alfa Laval are leading cross functional development teams towards common solutions and roadmaps within IoT for the Maritime segment, making technical solutions and drive highly technical teams towards high quality solutions.
You will do this by combining high level of technical expertise and experience in evaluating different technical solutions for a particular challenge both from a perspective of technical quality and the time required to implement it. You are expected to perform the following tasks:
Work with Scrum master and product owner to perform management, planning and resourcing of team on sprint, epic and quarterly basis.
Give Architectural presentations, - discussions and documentation.
lead code management, review, and approval,
Ensure quality in programming and the necessary technical documentation, function description specification.
technical talks on the team accomplishments and ambitions. Work with all tasks relevant for the team.
collaborate with the tech leads in the other teams to ensure that the overall architecture is properly implemented also for Marine applications.
The job is based in our office in Lund, Sweden.
What You Know
Strong experience in programming and technical implementation of software in large, distributed teams
Analysis, design, develop, build, configure, test and deploy solutions and ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation to agreed time, cost and quality within their area and level of expertise.
Highly competent in cross team, cross site collaboration in a culturally diverse work environment.
long experience in practical, agile software implementation
