Role description

As a Tech Collaboration Lead at the Unibet Stockholm office you?ll be a part of Tech Central Services, a central hub for cross-departmental functions in Tech. You?ll be responsible for the governance and continuous improvement of some of the core processes and forums within our Tech department, working closely with stakeholders inside and outside of Tech. This will include identifying areas where we can collaborate even better, ensuring that our processes and forums are known throughout the organisation and supporting education where needed.
We think that you have a strong technical background, coaching mentality and that you are experienced in Agile and Lean principles. You enjoy responsibility, is very driven and have the ability to see the big picture. In your role communication, coordination and team spirit are key components in getting things done.
