Ikano Business Area Finance is represented in seven countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, UK, Germany and Russia) and is providing banking and financial services such as store cards, loyalty cards, credit cards, CRM services, niche banking, leasing and personal loans. Business Area Finance IT (BAF IT) is supplier of all IT services to the business units within the Ikano Business Area Finance.
As Teamleader "Web development" within BAF IT you will be a part of the Application Management Team, a multisite team consisting of around 70 employees located in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. The AM team covers the following areas; Architecture, Application Development, Application Support and Application Test.
You will be responsible for
• Secure deliveries according to agreed goals, defined strategies, SLA and budget
• Lead the organisation from a holistic perspective in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the organisation by being a good example and execute and deliver results through our values
• Lead, develop, coach and empower your co-workers to perform and grow according to agreed goals
• Participate in requirements discussions, pre-study
• Act stakeholder on projects from a application management perspective
• Deliver performance for each system in line with the key performance indicators
• Planning of personnel resources (Projects, StandBy & 2nd Level-Support).
To succeed in your role you need;
• Knowledge of IT strategy, processes and working methods
• IT architectural understanding and familiar with different development production models
• Knowledge of IT system development, preferably in the Microsoft .Net and Ms SQLServer development area.
Furthermore you have proven experience from managing a team and projects, leading and steering worktasks within IT. Knowledge in banking sector is an advantage.
Besides management skills you need to be aware of and able to handle cultural differences. As a person you are communicative and able to lead in change.
You have a University degree and you are fluent in English. You are reporting to the Unit Manager för Microsoft-, Java- and Web-Development and you will be located in Älmhult.
