Teamleader to expanding company within the Telecom industry
Are you experienced within Customer Service? Do you want a challenging role motivating a team and working close with Operations?

StudentWork is looking for our clients next Teamleader. Our customer was established in July 2000 and has rapidly become a global industry leader in designing, manufacturing and deploying an innovative range of batteries and energy-saving battery cabinets. The reliable and cost effective solutions are used in more than 120 countries worldwide, primarily within the telecom industry, but also for uninterrupted power supplies and engine start applications.

The company has grown steadily since its establishment, with an ambition to further increase the operational efficiency while growing the current turn. The ambition will be realized by improved sales and operational efforts at existing customers and by entering new and profitable customers and segments. Our client employs more than 700 people across the globe, with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Work description

Our customer is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, Teamleader for the new establishment ?Customer Service?. The new department is a part of the Supply Chan department and is a fusion between previous Operations and Customer Service. The team-members of four people come from both parts of the old functions. The team also consists of two members working in China whose tasks you will measure and report to the Management in Stockholm.

As a Teamleader you will be an important member working between the customers, Customer Service and Operations. Tasks include implanting and measuring weekly goals and daily activities, motivating and supporting the team, reporting statistics to Supply Chain Manager and with the help of Operations improve internal processes. The tasks also include daily Customer Service-activities and you will be responsible for you own customer basis.
Who are you?
• Previous experience from Customer Service
• Have you worked close to Operations we will consider this qualifying
• Strong motivational and supportive skills
• Ability to organize, structure and measure worktasks
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Swedish
• Knowledge within Chinese, German, Spanish and/or Finnish will be considered qualifying
