About the role
At Bygghemma, our sales organization is built on a clear ambition: fast, growth driven by continuous development, structured execution, and forward-thinking ideas. As a leader, your responsibility is to develop both individual and team performance.
You will lead a team of approximately 7-8 sales representatives, which enables a close, hands-on leadership approach. In your daily work you will give regular coaching, clear follow-up, and a strong understanding of each individual's strengths and development areas. By maintaining a high level of presence in the daily operations you wille nsure that we stay aligned with our goals while continuously improving our ways of working.
We operate in a fast-moving market where customer expectations are always changing. That's why we don't settle for "how things have always been done." Instead, we encourage new ideas, test fresh approaches, and turn insights into action

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team

Build, coach, and elevate a team within offline sales

Identify and capture new business opportunities

Combine hands-on sales leadership with team development

Drive sales towards corporate clients and larger deals

Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams

Experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage
