hela Sverige As a Tidler Teamleader, you'll be a core person in Tidler's day to day operations and manage your team of Tidler Drivers and Mobility Hosts in a specific geographical district, your own business hub!
You'll schedule and organize the daily routines and optimize your team's performance and have an important role in the dialogue and co-planning with Tidler's partners, which is the key to a perfectly delivered service. You'll use Tidler's logistic smart phone apps and IT-systems to achieve all the above mentioned, as well as take part in the recruitment and education of your team's members. You'll primarily be located around your business hub at different Tidler partners or at a desk in the Tidler office for planning and meeting purposes. You'll also have responsibility to make sure all Tidler Drivers get to their destinations around the region, which means spending some time driving a car.
The role requires the following:
• A genuine interest in customer service with exceptional finesse
• Great ability to schedule routines & plan operations
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Stress resistant and a positive thinking attitude
• Very skilled with smart phone apps and Excel
• Capacity to work in a stressful environment with different interested parties
• Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are meritorious
• Valid B driving license and punctual driving for at least 3 years, other driving licenses are meritorious
It's meritorious but no requirement you have:
• University degree or equivalent
• A burning interest in cars
• Experience in any type of leadership role
• Experience from the automotive, logistics or transport industry
• Operated with traffic management, pick-up service or similar

Tidler makes car ownership hassle free by providing mobility solutions within the automotive industry. In essence, we take our customers' cars to and from the MOT (car inspection), tire change, car service, car repairs etc. The customer simply selects when and where they would like to hand over their car keys and we handle the rest.
Today we provide our services B2B with a few of the world's largest car manufacturers as our customers and shortly we will launch our consumer faced platform. Car owners get great convenience, our corporate customers get well maintained vehicle fleets while saving time and money and car manufacturers get even distribution at their car service garages and a great service for their customer.
