BSH Home Appliances AB is now looking for a Teamleader for Inbound to join our team in Nykvarn.
Your tasks
Are you skilled in team organization and process optimization, as well an effective leader and communicator? At BSH we are now looking for a new Teamleader for our Inbound team at our warehouse in Nykvarn.
Your tasks as teamleader for inbound would be very varied. You would structure, plan and organize the tasks of Inbound process team on the warehouse floor. You would also instruct the Inbound team in such things as handling, work safety and processes. As well as monitor productivity and quality achievement of the Inbound team. Lastly it would be on you as our team leader to optimize inbound processes in the warehouse.
Who are you?
In order to be successful in this role, we see that you have previous experience in warehouse operations for white goods, and that you are an effective leader and communicator. We believe that you have good computer skills and you are skilled in team organization and process optimization. You need to be stress-resistant and be able to work in a shift system. Furthermore you need a clamp-truck driving license.
