Your role
You will be one of two teamleaders within Corporate Cost Control and be responsible for the team controlling our Operational Excellence department. You are responsible for and the driver of developing financial models and the financial organization within the unit together with Head of Corporate Cost Control. You will be a proactive "right-hand" to the CIO in all financial matters within Group IT in particular.
As teamleader, your main tasks are:
* To create an understanding and acceptance of the financial control, financial processes and the purpose of these.
* Being an active member in the Group IT management team and leader of the finance team
* To be active as early as possible regarding information on changing conditions which has an effect on the business, and thus be able to give "early warnings" to avoid surprises
* To be business and operationally focused and actively contribute to business development and decisions
* To interact with and act as a business partner with high integrity across the whole organization
* You will be placed in Linköping and report to Head of Corporate Cost Control.
Your profile
We are looking for a controller who is analytical, has positive attitude, is a teamplayer and good in communication both verbally and in written. You are structural and goal focused to meet communicated deadlines. You enjoy and can work well both in team and individually.
Required skills:
* Academic education in economics
* Minimum five years of experience as a business controller
* Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, verbal and written
* Strong analytical skills
Desired skills:
* Experience from similar organisations
* Experience in driving change within a large organisation
* Experience of TBM or internal service pricing
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
