Teamleader - Diagnostics

The role
We are looking for an experienced Teamleader for our development projects within the industrial and marine segments, both diesel and electromobility. The owner of this position will have an important role to play adding key competence and also leading the team.
In this role you will:
Report together with the Project Manager Verification
Lead the diagnostics team, planning included
Perform calibration in engine test cell and application
Update parts of the Requirement Specification related to diagnostics
Secure software functionality to meet diagnostics requirements
Create generic diagnostics strategies used by different projects
Develop our way of working
Support technical documentation with diagnostics competence
This job opportunity is unique with its responsibility, possibility and privilege to build our diagnostics competence within the Engine Development & Calibration organization.
The position offers excellent opportunities for you to use your own initiative and to carry out continuous improvements to the operation in setting the future way of working for these types of projects.
Who are you?
To qualify for this role you should have:
Proven capability of leading complex projects with high impact on product development
More than 10 years of experience from diagnostics area, for example calibration and function development
High ability to lead, coordinate and motivate team members. You are an appreciated and experienced leader who has the ability to bring out the best of your team
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed
