The offer

As Teamlead, you'll be the manager of a team of professionals, contributing in increasing our operational stability for IT services, provided to Nordeas customers and end users. Getting to a higher level of Process Maturity and Compliance is one of the levers for Nordea to become more efficient, and also being best of breed in the financial business segment.



In Process Maturity & Support, we, amongst other things, have the responsibility for:


• Driving our framework for IT Service Maturity Assessments, so we have a continuous focus on maturing the services.
• Actively participating in training our organisation in ITIL and process disciplines.
• Driving our framework for Continual Service Improvement, ensuring we take action on the needed improvements.
• Following up on compliance - both regulatory and internal Nordea compliance.


What you'll be doing:


• Driving a team of professionals in the Nordics and Poland, supporting a higher operational maturity level across Nordea.
• Measuring and reporting on our IT Service Maturity.
• Reporting and following up on compliance. You will have touchpoints in all IT areas.
• Cooperating cross functionally when it comes to Continual service improvements.

Your background and profile:

• An experienced leader with previous experience in leading and developing employees, preferably in an international technology company
• Previous experience from working in a changing business environment.
• Preferably a Bachelor's/Master's degree within relevant technology area.
• Exceptional communications skills in English.
• An ITIL Expert or have at least a deep knowledge around ITIL in real life.
• Previous experience from the financial sector is preferred but not required.
• You have a process drive and an ability to achieve results via processes across organizations.
• You are good at delegating and excel in both stakeholder management and empowering people to act and employees to perform.
• You have excellent people management skills and are able to co-operate within a geographically dispersed team which is newly formed.
