Looking for the next step in your career? Are you an experienced HR professional? For the Compensation & Benefits organisation, part of Staff Function Human Resources, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious team lead.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

As a Team Lead of Compensation & Benefits you will be responsible for six people. Together you drive and develop the strategic agenda regarding compensation and benefits in Sweden within the overall C & B strategy and ensure that our remuneration enables the organization within Vattenfall Sweden to drive an engaging and high-performance culture and to secure relevant and diverse competence and talent.

You also have the responsibility for all processes related to Compensation & Benefits in Sweden, including salary setting processes, variable pay programs etc. The team is also responsible for the salary setting and contract management for our senior executives, executives and senior managers in Sweden.

You will, among other things, work with the following:
Lead and proactively drive the development within the area of compensation and benefits, including process development, development of policies and guidelines
Ensuring that our remunerations schemes operate effectively and meet performance, quality targets as well as complying with market standards and the guideline for state owned company.
Keeping up to date with current regulations and monitoring changes in the compensation and benefit area
Co-operate with HR managers and other internal stakeholder to understand the business demands and need within the compensation & benefit area
Ensuring that the team are equipped to provide expertise advice regarding compensation and benefits to internal stakeholders
Actively work with ensuring that the team and what the team delivers are supporting the Vattenfall purpose and our experience principals
Supporting the CEO and SVP HR in preparing material for Vattenfall Remuneration committee and Board of Directors

You will work in an environment where you deal with stakeholders from all Business Areas and SF in Sweden and different international stakeholders of the Vattenfall Group.

Your key activities will be:
Manage, organise and steer national team C & B team, including reporting.

Required education and work experience
A relevant University degree or equivilant knowledge earned by experience
Broad experience from HR
Ability to work in a large and complex organisation and to handle internal interfaces effectively
Highly proactive approach
Structured way of working
Strong in stakeholder management (line managers, workers councils, unions etc.)
Fluency in English and Swedish
