As Application Maintenance (AM) Lead in the Functional Area (FA) Accounting & Controlling you will be responsible for Application Support & Maintenance. You will secure the maintenance of the accounting/controlling solution in production environment. The main task is to lead and manage the AM work and ensure that the distributed team is delivering quality in an efficient way.
The FA Accounting and Controlling strive for compliance, quality and efficiency in all our financial, accounting and controlling processes and IT solutions. It is an area with lot of things going on; we implementing SAP FI/CO. We work with further improvement of the SAP solution and other exciting initiatives.
In the role as an AM Lead you are customer focused and understand business needs. You will have contact and communicate with people in different areas within the company to proactively maintaining stable, scalable solutions according to agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will be a part of the strategic offshore transition work and there for we are looking for you who have experience of manage distributed teams or manage service.
Your responsibilities
The job of an AM lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to-do-list includes:
• Accountable for the operational delivery to business of Application Support & Maintenance
> Drive the FA AM and secure operations of the FA solution. Assure quality of the maintenance work and the result/deliveries
> Secure the FA AM team delivers according to agreed expectations
> Secure the FA AM team is working according to defined processes/tools and improve the defined processes in collaboration with stakeholders
• Accountable for application business SLA
> Work collaboratively with business to align application delivery with business needs. Set goals and directions for the maintenance work and drive alignment between involved parties, e.g. other AM teams
> Follow up and regularly report to stakeholders about progress and status, such as deliveries, resources, problems and deviations from maintenance plan
• Secure that the FA AM team is prepared to handle current and future support scope
• Be a part of the strategic offshore transition work
• Reports to Functional Area Responsible and PMO
• Drive continuous innovation and improvements living the H&M values on a daily basis
Your skills
We believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Management and team leading skills
• Experience from standard system implementation and maintenance of a complex solution
• Experience of manage distributed teams
• Good business knowledge regarding Accounting and Controlling processes
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Stimulated by having contact and communicate with people in different areas within the company
It is an extra plus if you have SAP expertise and experience from role out of global solutions. It is also a merit if you have experience from manage service, retail an experience from working in a large global organization.
The position is full time with placement in Marievik, Stockholm.
