Our office in Gothenburg is growing and we are now looking for a Team Unit Manager to our Industry Division.
About the position
As a Team Unit Manager, you will be working in an environment where we are able to offer our clients a combination of both local resources and global project deliveries. As a Team Unit Manager, you have the full responsibility for your team, including Profit & Loss, development of business objectives & strategy, sales and for the operations with your resources. Most of all you are responsible to drive change, manage and develop your team and support, inspire and stimulate new knowledge and skills in your team. As Team Unit manager you will be a part of the Swedish Industry Division Management Team.

Responsibilities
• Drive change and development of business strategy.
• Ensure the profitability of your team, while managing your employees, Team Managers, Team Leaders and consultants.
• Responsibility of your sales strategy and build customers relations.
• Take responsibility of creating and follow agreed budget.
• Build to the Strategic Resource Planning for the unit aligned with the company plan.
• Full PNL responsibility for the unit & team.
• Contributes to R&D projects and to offers development.
• Responsibility to develop the team and new business areas.
• Manage and support career development for your team.
• Inspires and stimulates new knowledge and skills in your team.
Your profile
• To be successful, you have minimum 5 years of experience from leadership and complex sales roles with full PNL responsibility.
• University degree or equivalent within engineering and/or business.
• Relevant experience from consultant industry (meritorious but not mandatory).
• Experience from project leadership, software product development and working in an international context.
• Able to communicate effectively both internally and externally, fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and verbal.
• Experiences being able to quickly adapt to changes, tasks, customer needs and attitude, are other personal skills we think are important as well as a service mindset.
• You have very good organisational skills and planning ability.
