Volvo Cars offer an exciting challenge and career opportunity for you who want to make a difference as our new Team Manager within Electric Propulsion Electric Drive Controls.
Our Electric Drive Controls organisation are building an innovated and robust SW platform for the next generation of electrical vehicles. Our mission is to create a reliable, fast, and secure electric drive system to enable the next generation of state-of-the-art electric vehicles.

We like to include a committed and collaborative colleague who like to join us with the primary responsibility to inspire and lead our teams towards new challenges ahead. You and the teams focus are to advance the electric propulsion technology development. You will ensure the work environment for the team and set objectives, do performance reviews and salary setting for your team members. Your focus will also be to retain the competence development and recruitment to assure highly skilled individuals with the right competence in line with our long-term technical strategies.
You enjoy great teamwork and contribute with a strong sense of customer focus and business acumen in management forums as well in co-operations with fellow colleagues, team members and suppliers. Your drive and contribution are very important regarding the departments future business direction and results.

* M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience
* Experienced in Product Development and our product creation process VPDS
* Documented leadership qualities and experiences
* Driving license
