About the job As a Team manager you will be responsible for efficient way of working in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) by ensuring competence development and staffing as well as supporting your team in the delivery of daily work and lead the employees toward Swedbank's Wanted Position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure workforce planning according to short and long term needs.
Participate in building and developing competences
Coach, remove obstacles and support the team to make sure that they can deliver efficiently
Recruit, develop and manage competences needed in the CFT
Building good relations and communication with stakeholders
Ensure adequate staffing and competence for incident, problem and crisis management.
Salary and PD talks with APO and members of CFT's
Ensure safe workplace and staff well-being
Responsibility to communicate and keep the staff informed
Management of the team budget
What you need to succeed As a CFT manager you have strong people and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate clear and simple.
Have a genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
Change management and agile way of working experience.
Good understanding of IT development, maintenance and operations
Fluency in written and oral English
Be onsite in Sundbyberg and be prepared to travel
