Do you have experience of leading a team? And more importantly - do you have experience of customer service and live and breath service? Would you like to work in a dynamic and energetic enviromnet? Then we have the right role for you!

As Team Manager for our Swedish customer service "disputes and fraud" team you will lead the daily work of a team of about 10-15 people and report directly to the Disputes Process Manager Europe. The team mainly works with handling customers in and outbound emails and calls. In the role you will have responsibility for personnel, including performance management and follow-up, coaching, recruitment and improvement projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Klarna's policies and internal rules are known and followed - which is no problem for you as you are a real role model for the team.

Who you are?

You have probably around 1-2 years experience of team leadership and most definetly extensive experience from a customer service type of role. You are able to communicate your ideas and get everyone on board effectively in both Swedish and English. You are efficient in structuring work tasks over a range of people and functions. You have a natural attention to detail as well as to continuously push for progress and improvements within the department and the company.
