When we say the words mine and mining machine, many people think of a dirty environment, rusty machines, and diesel engines. But this is not true - no longer. The industry is in a technology shift and customers are showing great interest in our automation and digital solutions. Your mission
We are looking for three new team managers for Automation Platform development. The roles are a combination of leadership and technical product ownership. The Automation Platform is our fundament in the control system of our drill rigs, loaders, and trucks.
As team manager, you will be part of the department R&D management team and contributing to the department mission and vision. This in parallel to the daily operations including removing blockers for the teams and being a role model creating the energizing culture with motivated people. We believe that continuous feedback is important for making people awesome in a learning organization.
As product owner, you are the guardian of the backlog for the product team. This means a close collaboration with our stakeholders to fill the backlog and make prioritization. We strive for a pull effect from our development teams, such that demos and releases are given in a good pace.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you have a solid experience in agile development methodologies, well-structured in backlog refinement and see to the people's side of things. You probably have an academic degree within computer science, engineering, or other relevant background. We are a global company and therefore good English, both verbally and written, is a need.
We are looking for a humble leader with great communication skills, that have a solid drive to ensure our stakeholder's needs are met with high level of interaction and transparency. As a person, we believe you are challenging the status quo and can master desired changes.
