Who we are
We design, develop, test and maintain virtual verification tools to enable Safe Vehicle Automation. We focus our efforts on large-scale cluster simulations, developing and improving our tools incrementally with high focus on modularity, performance, and usability.
Our challenge is to balance simulation realism with time constraints, providing as much scenario and test case as possible in a fast and automated feedback loop to the users. Our empowered team has full ownership of our tools and roadmap - exploring, learning, and delivering as we go, pushing the boundaries of state-of-the-art simulations and software testing in our field.
What you'll do
As a Team Manager, you will...
* be responsible for the people- and team development for approx. 25 colleagues
* attract new talents and create a good working environment
* lead the competence development of your team members, to match the short- and long-term strategies
* you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum Master, to assure correct support to the teams
Who you are
As a person, you are passionate about developing your team members to become the best version of themselves. You are inclusive, team oriented and customer focused. You are curious and have the desire to continuously search for new knowledge and areas to develop.
Your ability to understand purpose and business objectives and translate them to actions in terms of attracting, recruiting, and developing people and competences in the teams is a success factor in this role.
