Our department, Active Safety, consist of over 400 ambitious and skilled engineers and is responsible for all the way from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers. The department is responsible of the Product Stream, Autonomous Drive and consist of four Agile Release Trains (ART's).


* Advanced Driver Assistance System
* Protective Safety
* Autonomous Drive Function, Software & Sensor Platform



Within the product stream, we develop systems such as Restrain System, Collision Avoidance, Automatic Parking, Driver Support and Brake system Software. We develop and integrate system and functionality into a complete product, encompassing SW, HW and sensors as radar, camera, ultrasonic and lidar, that build a comprehensive perception of the surroundings.



We are now looking for a Team Leader for our team that is responsible for the Release Management within our product stream.

What will you do?
The Release Management Team will be working closely with the whole Solution Management team i.e. the Solution Manager (SM), the Solution Train Engineer (STE), the Solution Architect's and the Vehicle Streams.



This is a completely new function with redefend roles. So apart from supporting the team in the daily work, it will also include a responsibility to together with the team and other stakeholders develop the roles and make sure that we as an organization achieve an efficient flow of deliverables from the product organisation to the Vehicle Streams.

The team as of today consist of Solution Program Engineers, Capacity Manager and Solution Coordinator. We also have an ISE (
International Service Employee) in China that will act as a SPE (Solution Program Engineer).

What do you need to have?
To be successful in this job, we see that you have at least 4-7 years of relevant work experience. You have a technical background with preferably hands on experience from program management
and you need to be fluent in English (in both speech and writing).

We are looking for a goal-driven leader who maintains a productive and inclusive climate, and that confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches teams to meet high performance standards. As a leader, you should be able to show courage and build confidence within the organization as well as with costumers. You are a strong team player and relationship builder. Preferably, you would like to work in an agile environment (we love agile!).

We also see that you are curious and continuously searching for new knowledge! We assume that you have an entrepreneurial approach and find ways to overcome challenges. We like a hands-on approach to problems - learning by doing.
