What is needed in this role:
• Leadership experience from a managerial role, great if you have worked with technical teams.
• A strong drive to succeed through others using servant leadership, giving your people incentives to grow.
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices and roles.
• Experience from recruiting as we are always looking for new talents!
• Ability to coordinate and make things happen with an "Everything is possible" - attitude.
• Good communication skills, business understanding and customer focus.
• Ability and willingness to do things differently.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.

The team is responsible for coordination of releases and securing that the by the bank decided release process is followed, always with the focus of good experience for our end customer in mind. The pace of change is high so you need to be able to motivate and coach both in a group setting and individually.
