Publiceringsdatum2016-02-12ArbetsuppgifterEnfo are now looking for a Team Manager to be part of the Operations Management team, for the IT Outsourcing services. The person will manage and coordinate the daily work of a team of 15 people, overlooking the responsibility for providing efficient, reliable, and secure IT outsourcing services to our customers. The position is part of a Nordic team and is located in our Karlskrona office but some travel will be expected.
Duties:
• Ensuring proper staffing of employees to operate optimally both from an economic and costumer perspective.
• Coordinating as well as ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels, instructions and practices.
• Managing the full employee life cycle such as recruitment, performance and staff administration
• Responsible for coaching, training and motivating a team; conducting 1:2:1s, appraisals and formulating development plans
• Solving any issues to the delivery when they arise
• Managing or assisting in implementations of development projects
Profil• A degree or equivalent, specializing in IT- infrastructure
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience of working as a manager / supervisor in the area of service delivery or IT operations
• Administrative skills and knowledge of several IT areas such as Servers, Workstations etc.
• Service-oriented mindset and find it easy to communicate and network with people
• A committed team player who is self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both written and oral
