About the job AS Team Manager for IA FLP you will have a key role in Swedbank Transformation journey within the Lending Area. Your responsibilities as Team Manager will be
Responsible for CFT FLP
Responsible for efficient way of working in CFT, competence development and staffing in CFT, execute on administrative tasks
Ensure workforce planning according to short and long term needs
Ensure that the CFT understands the mission and takes the responsibilities assigned
Coach, remove obstacles and support the team(s) to make sure that they can deliver efficiently
Appoint APO-s and CFT members
Recruit, develop and manage competences needed in CFT
Manage training needs and budget
Staff responsibilities
Responsibility to communicate and keep the staff informed
Management of staff budget (training, phone bills, team activities etc)
What you need to succeed You need to be structured, systematic and have an interest for details. You have the ability to understand the total scope and you are customer oriented and have good understanding of the business. It is also important to have good communication skills along with being a strong leader and have a positive attitude to succeed in this role.
What you may have worked with previously
Relevant Academic Degree (MSr or Bachelor)
Excellent people management skills
Good understanding of software development
