We are looking for a business-drive and people-centric Team Manager to act as a local manager for our experts in digital identity in Malmö.
What is the role all about?
As a Team Manager, you will have a shared role where you are the line manager for our experts in Malmö and part of our team deliveries as a scrum master, project manager, or service delivery manager. This means that you not only get the opportunity to grow with our customers and yourself but also develop others. We place great faith in you wanting to be involved in creating the company we work for. We believe that you do this, among other things, by sharing your skills and by participating in our service deliveries with an open mind, curiosity, and drive.
You, together with your manager and other Team Managers, will be responsible for taking the business forward and taking care of our most important asset - the people. Regarding this, you will have responsibilities in competence development, attracting and acquiring new talent, and forecasting work, cost, and salaries. You have an important role to play in coaching the consultants in their assignments and helping them to find the right challenges for them.
You and your team are based in our office in Malmö, which is characterized by a strong collaborative spirit and community. You will report to the Business Unit Lead of Digital Identity located in Malmö.
To be successful we believe you have...
• genuine interest in people and what drives them
• understanding of consultancy business
• previous leadership experience
• understanding and knowledge of IAM area, f.ex. AD, identity lifecycle management, identity governance, access management, identity federation, access control, multi-factor authentication, PAM or PIM
This is not a technical hands-on role but a role in the intersection of business, technology, and people. You can come from a consultancy business or customer's side, the main thing is that you come with great commitment, and collaboration skills and can build trust within your team. You are interested in listening to your team - have a coaching leadership style and understand the benefits of teamwork and collaboration.
