As Collection Team Manager for Finland, you will lead the daily work of a team of about 4-6 people and report to the Collection Operations Manager. The team's main tasks include handling customers in- and outbound calls, answering emails, as well as back office tasks towards the Finnish market. The current challenges are to continue to build up a world class collection function as well as to bring new ideas and thoughts into the current set up.
You will have full responsibility for personnel, including performance management, coaching and recruitment administration. You will coordinate the work carried out in the team, write new and develop existing routines and ensure that Klarna's policies and internal rules are known and followed. It will be your responsibility to plan and implement the short- and long-term development of the team and the collection department.
To succeed in this role you have the ability to communicate your ideas and get everyone on board. You are good at structuring yours and others work tasks over a range of people and functions. You have an eye for detail while you continuously push for progress and improvements. It's a plus if you have previous experience from the financial sector. To be a fit for this role you need to have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
