In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Make a meaningful societal impact being responsible for securing strategic capabilities and competences in the Business Analysts workforce domain aimed at identifying, stopping, and preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud.
• Adopt and implement market best practices and industry-leading standards to advance the Business Analysts practice especially with regards to development process, frameworks and quality assurance.
• Act in the intersection between IT and Business.
• Translate business and functional demands and needs into IT/Technology requirements (Requirements Elicitation and Management) and take respective responsibility in the VS/ARTs settings.
• Support an agile development process and foster business agility within the organization.
• Establish structures, processes, and ways of working to cater for standardization, knowledge sharing and best practice in the Business Analysts team as well as within the Engineering guild.
• Ensure that cross guild development & compliance processes are followed.
What is needed in this role:
• Experience from leading/managing BA/technology teams, IT delivery and programme management.
• Degree in IT or related field. Well versed in/or certified in Agile Development frameworks and/or progress toward certification and/or experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environment.
• Experience with industry standards and best practice in IT development and delivery.
• Curiosity to learn and internalize industry best practices and take charge of competence development in teams.
• Guiding, motivating, introducing knowledge, leading change.
• Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English; verbal and written.
