We are now looking for a temporary Team Manager for three Agile Teams, in total about 20 FTEs and a handful of consultants.
In this role, your responsibility will be to cover managing including recruitments in teams covering Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Team Architects/Lead Design. The teams are within a Agile Release Train following the SAFe Framework. The team's own services in relation to Swedish Corporate Cash Management services, and therefore knowledge and background from the Payments area is beneficial.

Qualifications
• You need to have previous experience as a Team Manager for Agile Teams.
• Experience from the Banking Industry is a merit.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client want the consultant to start 18-dec-2023 and the assignment is expected to run until 31-mar-2024, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client.
