EIS Finance is a team of Business Controllers supporting Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) within controlling. Our EIS organization is accountable for delivering energy infrastructure solutions to our Nordic customers, both within district heating and cooling, energy solutions, efficiency products and services as well as e-Mobility and PV solutions to industries and private customers.
About the position
As a Team Manager you will combine leading a small team of Controllers with the role as senior business controller for one of our business areas. You will also be involved in overall Finance topics within EIS Finance as well as outside, in the overall E.ON Finance community. Your role is to work with our key processes as forecasting and month end processes, provide qualitative financial and commercial input to individuals investment decision cross our EIS organization, challenge key forecasting assumptions and deliver expert financial analysis of key risks and opportunities. On top of this you will ensure compliance and that business follows the company strategy. You will work in close collaboration with business but also with our accounting, legal, treasury, finance controlling teams as well as other groups adding value to the business.
As the leader, you will be a member of the business management team, who focus on our solution business covering PV, City quarter solutions and E-Mobility business. The business is growing heavily with increased market needs and new customer solutions and we already assume increased number of new customer products as well as an increased organization within the next years.
The role:
* Lead and develop controllers in your team.
* Business planning, preparing budgets and forecasts according to business requirements and local/central instructions.
* Maintain high quality in monthly closing activities as preparation of accruals, including sign off and bookings within area of accountability.
* Performance reporting for area of accountability
* Work activity with business in reviewing different sales opportunities.
* Involvement in pricing and costing process.
* Secure appropriate handling of projects from a controlling point of view. Investment planning and follow up.
* Ensure compliance and that business follows the company strategy.
The position is located in Malmö.
We are looking for
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe that you have a university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. You have several years of experience from a similar role, preferable from bigger companies, and are familiar with IFRS, SAP, MS Office with great Excel skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We believe that you are a person with passion for change management and a genuine interest in leading and developing others. You have a trustworthy and forward-looking way of challenging and developing the business. This means that you are curious and positive to new innovations and to move at a fast pace. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, information and present it in a clear and logic format. Since you will have several internal and external collaborations, you are a team player with good communication skills.
