Our tech stack consists of: Java (Microservices), React, Node with focus on Continuous Delivery through Jenkins pipelines.

Your role
As a Team Manager you work inclusive and look at the whole picture. Succeeding together is our way. You coach the agile development team to work with continuous improvement and quality. This is done with curiosity, dedication and SBAB's best in mind. Your motivation comes from developing others and personnel duties are high on the agenda.
You are happy to share your knowledge and your technical background helps you to be a valuable support to the team in technical discussions.
You collaborate easily with both your closest colleagues in the team, in the management team and colleagues outside of TECH. You also drive improvements in the Development area to help us reach our vision and mission.
