hela Sverige Customer Service is an international department with 150 members representing seven different countries and you will be leading a team of 15, out of our six sub-departments. The Service Center is a central part of Klarna and your team will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction as well as improving our company. The Payment Team is the back-office department responsible for manual handling of payments and refunds.
Your mission is to lead the daily work in the team and perform daily operational tasks within the team to support the Manager. The number of consumers who shop with Klarna is constantly increasing and today we have over ten million customers choosing to shop online with us! A large and increasing volume also means more work for our fantastic Service Center and therefore, we are looking for an energetic and confident Team Manager.
To succeed in this role you are a natural and driven leader with a good range of management styles and have proven leadership skills for a team of 10 people or more for at least 1 year. You have experience of customer service environment and when you get to collaborate positively within a fast paced and constantly changing environment, you thrive. Solving problems, using logic and creativity is what you do best. If you are service minded and ambitious you will be perfect for this job. Since we believe in cooperation, we also want you to be social and have great communication- and computer skills. If you have experience from working with payments, this is a big plus. Most importantly you have the knowledge and passion to coach, lead, manage and motivate your team in their daily work helping us achieve our goal ? to be the best customer service in the world!
