In this role you will be heading the Control SW Integration team, responsible for the integration flow for the software development organization in Malmö. You will as line manager monitor, coach and develop the team as well as refine the processes we are using. You will also be part of the local management team contributing to a good and productive atmosphere.
Your responsibilities
Full line management responsibility for the teams working in the integration flow, including SW integration, automatic testing, and configuration management.
Make sure there is an efficient integration, a stable build and automatic tests executed continuously or on a daily basis.
Take part of the planning and prioritization of work packages and resources.
Facilitate that we continuously work with improvements in the integration process as well as the test methodology using the appropriate tools, framework, and best practices.
With coaching leadership approach, develop the team members in a challenging and stimulating workplace.
Your background
At least 5 years of experience in software development, testing, and integration.
At least 3 years of experience managing teams and people.
Proven good leadership and communication skills.
Interest and experience in organizational and people development.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in English and intermediate level in Swedish.
