We are looking for a driven analytical person that loves to be in the middle of where things are cooking. As a scaleup FinTech with data and insights as a cornerstone in our strategy, you will play an important role in ensuring that we are steering Qliro in the right direction.
The Product & Marketing Analytics team is responsible for analyzing marketing acquisition channel performance, optimization of all Qliro's products as well as our customer segmentation. The team plays an essential role in improving the customer journey and growing sales and profitability. Leading the team, you work in Qliro's core business and have a direct impact on our success.
What you'll do:
• Provide strategic direction and goals for the Product & Marketing Analytics team as well as setting the analytics framework enabling better customer and product insights
• Work close together with Product Managers and other key stakeholders across the business to manage alignments and enable efficient collaboration across teams
• Building a high performing team by leading and coaching the team to find opportunities improving performance such as;
• Proposing and developing product strategies and striving to offer next generation payment solutions
• Initiating optimizations of products and digital platforms through the entire funnel performing A/B testing, product and digital analysis improving the customer experience
We believe that you are a fast learner with strong quantitative skills that thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment together with the team members. You have a strong sense of responsibility with a holistic mindset, takes initiative and has the skills and ambition to inspire growth.
Except being a brilliant Analyst we think you have a great ambition with your leadership and would like to take on the challenge to coach and lead a team of four highly skilled Analysts. You are curious and dare to challenge why things are working as they are and that you love to dig into the data to understand even more.
We believe you:
• Have relevant university degree or equivalent
• Have work experience of minimum 5 years and at least 2 years within data analysis area, preferably user behavioural and/or performance marketing analysis
• Have statistical knowledge and preferably have experience from working with SQL, R a/o using Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, Tag Manager or equivalent
• Are good at finding simple solutions to complex problems and see the value of building good relations all through the company to enable cross-team collaborations
• You thrive when you'll need to be able to shift between a strategic focus and hands-on delivery
