Join our journey in Master Data Management (MDM) Value Stream, where we are setting up a team for one of the bank's core assets - Organization Master Data domain for Swedbank Group.
We are looking for a leader who:

As a Team Manager:
• Have staff responsibility for your team;
• Define clear responsibilities for your team members;
• Ensure continuous competence development of your team members;
• Coach and support your team in order to improve team's performance;
• Ensure a sustainable work climate and sustainable employees;
• Build a diverse team with a high level of team spirit and engagement;
• Ensure that the team has necessary skills, tools and processes in place to support bank's critical services;
• Contribute to the MDM Value Stream vision and mission.
As an Agile Product Owner:
• Manage backlog and prioritization inline with stakeholders expectations;
• Deliver secure and reliable IT services throughout the lifecycle;
• Collaborate with the team, domain architects and other APOs;
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding expectations and risks;
• Ensure healthy balance between new products and maintenance/improvement tasks in the backlog in close cooperation with the team;
• Contribute to bank's Strategic Direction by building solid foundation blocks at the bank's core.
What is needed in this role:
• Previous people management experience;
• Significant work experience in IT area;
• Understanding of ITIL or relevant experience with IT service management;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Previous work experience as a product owner or willingness to become one;
• Great communication skills, including ability to translate business needs to features and technical information to business language;
• Work experience in financial sector;
• Understanding of Master Data Management principles is a plus;
• Work experience with z/OS solutions, APIs is a plus;
• Proficiency in oral and written Swedish and English.
