About the job
Alfa Laval's Distribution Centre (DC) in Lund supply components to heat exchangers within a defined range, at the right quality to a competitive price and according to agreed deadlines and deliveries. We are a process oriented organization with a global focus and local presence. DC Lund operates in a global environment within the product group Parts.
As a Team Manager you are the manager for 24 employees working in the warehouse/production.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the team's improvements and competence, you ensure that the group is working towards set targets and follow our processes. Your role is to make sure that you and the team work in an efficient way according to business requirements adding value to the customer. Be part of project teams to develop and improve work and processes within Alfa Laval.
What you know
We believe you have a technical education and previous experience in leadership. You have worked with Lean Six Sigma and with delivery and logistics. You are fluent in Swedish and English both oral and written, as well as possesses good computer skills.
