Operations Development is a project driven organisation. We, among others, develop, supply and optimise strategic manufacturing technologies that in a cost-efficient way yields product competitiveness and secures stable manufacturing processes.Who are you?You are passionate about technical and people development and motivates to work in a cross-functional and cultural environment.
About the jobThe tool technology team is responsible for development, design and project execution of cutting and forming tools to a number of product groups and their globally distributed manufacturing sites where we also actively support in continuous improvements
As Team manager you will be responsible for developing and securing the competence of the team, set and follow up targets for the team, drive performance improvements, be responsible for your own cost center as well as cross-functional cooperation with other entities. The group also works with external resources/consultants.
What you know
University degree within Mechanical engineering or similar
Minimum 10 years' experience of people and/or project management
Good experience with technically complex projects
Good experience with global and cross functional projects
Good experience with process improvement work
Good experience with working with / leading consultants
Good communication skills
Fluently in English, both written and oral
