We are looking for a Team Manager in the department Propulsive Vehicle Control & Calibration. The Team develops SW features of Propulsive Vehicle- and Energy optimization functions which controls the propulsive attributes of the engine, transmission, electric motors and hybrid systems in order to creates the most confident, efficient and rewarding Drive Experience.

Your mission
We have just recently organized ourselves in agile scrum teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Your mission is to be servant leader for three teams who leads and expand the capabilities of the teams in close collaboration with the Scrum Master and Product Owner while holding a strategic outlook on technology, competence and future business. You will recruit highly skilled individuals, develop and coach them to their full potential. You guide and coach in agile SW development.
We are looking for candidates who have strong skills in leadership and communication with an open-minded approach. You have the ability to energize people and take initiative to make things happen. We believe you have a Master of Science or equivalent work life experience and technical knowledge in the area of SW development.
