About the job In the role as Team Manager you have an important mission. You will be managing two cross-functional teams and be part of their agile transformation.
You will be responsible for:
Two Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) of Software and Infrastructure engineers.
Ensuring that the CFTs understand their mission and take the responsibilities assigned
Coaching, removing obstacles and support the teams to make sure that they can deliver efficiently.
Continuously work with your teams to develop the performance and ensure they are ready for all challenges both today and tomorrow.
Recruitments to ensure the teams are staffed with the needed competences
You will work very closely with the Agile Product Owner (APO) to ensure alignment between the CFT development and the competence needs to deliver the services for the future.
This is a very exciting role where you will get challenging targets to drive the development of the CFT but you will also have a lot of mandate and freedom in how to achieve those goals.
You will report to the Chief Product Owner for Development Platforms.
About the two teams Mainframe Development Platform: Mainframes are playing a central role in any banking system and we are now moving into an exciting period where we are to develop our Mainframe structure and ways-of-working to support test automation and Continuous Delivery. This team will drive this journey being responsible for both today's execution but also the long-term evolvement of the Mainframe development platform to support efficient development and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
Batch: Batch processing refers to the execution of a queue (or batch) of separate jobs and could be seen as the heartbeat of any banking system. This team will play a very central role being responsible for the batch runs for both test and production. The team will also be responsible for evolvement of efficient batch execution to support our DevOps journey

University degree in economics, engineering or science
What you may have worked with previously We think you have experience from leading people as Team Manager, Project Manager, Technical leader or other leading position.
