We are setting up a new section to develop our next generation computer platforms for our portfolio of cars, we call it the Core System Platform. We are growing fast, and we have high ambitions in transforming to an awesome group within Software and Electronics. To this section we are now recruiting a Team Manager that will be responsible of building one of the teams, the HW team. As Team Manager you will be part of the section management team that is a cross-functional team between the SW and HW.
The section consists of five groups, both in Lund and Gothenburg and together with your manager, your will inspire all team members to evolve and achieve their professional goals as well as building high functioning and good-spirited team.
Do you fit the profile?
You have a genuine interest and engagement in team leadership and personal development. We expect you to bring relevant leadership experience with knowledge in agile methodologies and electronics engineering. A university degree within Electronics Engineering or equivalent is required. You are a great communicator with excellent collaboration skills and have the ability to energize employees and make things happen.
We are a global company and you must master the English language. If you have worked in an international environment, that is something we value. You are curious and continuously searching for new knowledge! We like a hands-on approach to problems - learning by doing! Find new and better ways, and motivate teams to do so as well.
