hela Sverige We're looking for two experienced Team leaders to our Support Center ? a fast working and friendly team with the ambition to always provide excellent service to our customers. We are an international team with 35 team members from 7 different countries and 3 Team leaders. The Support Center is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
As a Team leader it is your responsibility to independently support and coach your team in their daily work and solve challenges when they appear. You will also be expected to proactively improve routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.
Success in this role means making your team perform at their very best and always meeting our customer service goals.
The 1st line Team leader will mainly develop and coach our agents who support our customers through telephone, email and chat.
The 2nd line Team leader will mainly work with quality assurance and education to increase our team's performance, but also with supporting our 2nd line team in daily questions. (Fixed term, 12 months.)
If you are service minded and ambitious with experience from a similar position and speak German, Dutch, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian, you will be perfect for this job. Since we believe in cooperation, we also want you to be social and have great communication skills.
